What are salt meadows?

Image
SALT MEADOWS Salt meadows are areas at the sea coast that are not flooded daily by sea water like tidelands or the beaches. They are flooded only by the high tide at regular intervals. The soil in these areas contains salt and is poorly ventilated; therefore, only a few plants can survive. Plants having an affinity for salt, like the beach lilac and the beach ester, grow here. Since the meadows have resistant stalks and leave to withstand the forces of the wind and the sea.

What happened 550 million years ago?

Image
About 550 million years ago, a lot of changes took place on place on Earth. At the time, probably the whole of the earth warmed up. As a result, a lot of ice melted and the sea level rose. It is assumed that the composition of the seawater became calciferous, turning mollusks that lived earlier in the sea into animals with hard protective calcium shells or calcium skeletons. From that time onwards many animals started turning into fossils after death. The first such animals were the trilobites, and these were later followed by the mussels and amenities, related to the octopus.

Around 50000 years, Neanderthals buried their dead, kept objects in the graves, and decorated their graves. One can infer from this that they believed in life after death - like many religions do even today. The five great religions of the world were born much later in asia. Judaism and Christianity are practiced mostly in Europe, Islam originated in the arabic peninsula, and Hinduism in  south and east asia. In the Europe Christanity slowly displaced other religions and also the gods of the Greeks, Romans, Teutons, the Salvic people.

Why are many languages difficult learn?

Image
Learning a language is always a challenge. For example, while learning German we find structures such as 'He is reading a book' difficult because this said in a different way in Germany. Sometimes only tricks like holding the nose help us learn the french sounds. It becomes very difficult to learn the language of other people whose culture is alien to us. assuming our own behavioral can lead to confusion and resentment. For instant, Westerners express a refusal by saying 'no' directly,in many asian cultures this is impolite and the resufal is communicated in indirect manner. That is why, learning a language is also includes the behavioral patterns of the people whose language we are learning.

How can we protect ourselves against for bacteria?

Image
We do need to protect ourselves against all bacteria. Some live inside our body and are even very important to us, such as intestinal bacteria. We fall sick only if there are too many bacteria and some harmful bacteria unknown to the body comes from outside. this can happen easily via cuts and bruises on the skin or when our bodies are weak. antibiotics help against bacterial infections. unfortunately, they are not always effective because many bacteria have already become 'resistance' to them. the way to stay healthy is to strengthen our own immune system. A diet rich in vitamins,i.e., fruits and vegetables, and exercise in the fresh air helps in keeping us fit.
